Missing Items
Our crews are trained to handle your property with care. However, items may occasionally be misplaced during cleaning and end up in places you didn't expect. We'll help you locate them or provide compensation.
Damages
While our cleaners take every precaution, minor accidents can happen during a cleaning session. We provide compensation for property damage caused by crew negligence.
How to Make a Claim

Report Within 24 Hours
Submit a written report within twenty-four (24) hours of your cleaning session via email to support@maideasy.my.

Provide Documentation
Include photos of the incident or the specific area that did not meet your expectations. Clear documentation helps us resolve your claim faster.

We Review & Resolve
Our team will review your claim and work with you to make it right — whether that's a re-clean, compensation, or other appropriate resolution.
For Missing Items
Additional requirements apply:
- Provide proof of ownership (receipt or photos)
- Complete a Declaration Form certified by a Commissioner of Oaths
- Processing takes 7 working days
If the value of missing items exceeds RM300, you are encouraged to file a police report for further investigation.
