Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative must be eloquent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. He/She will leaise with dozens of customers and cleaners on a daily basis making sure that cleaners perform the job well and customers are exceeding happy with our service. He/She must also be very aware of the needs of the customers and cleaners and report and document the needs to our development team and management. The development team will then translate the needs of the customers and cleaners into better service offerings.
This post requires excellent organisational skills as the Customer Service Representative will also schedule the daily bookings to the respective customers. Computer literacy is definitely needed in this post, however, training will also be provided. The Customer Service Representative must have a keen desire for excellent customer satisfaction and will go beyond and above the call of duty to finish the job. His/Her hardwork and commitment will be amply compensated. The Customer Service Representative will have to obtain a minimum of a diploma or a degree. Fresh graduates or those with less than two years experience in a similar field are encouraged to apply.
Cleaner Signing Up Representative
Your role is to promote Maideasy.my at areas where Maideasy.my can potentially employ cleaners. The Representative will have to meet the cleaners in person, explain the concept and use of Maideasy, teach them how to use the Maideasy.my mobile application, verify the cleaners and register them with Maideasy.my
Administrative and Accounts Assistant
The Administrative and Accounts Assistants will assist the Accounts Manager in preparing the accounts of the cleaners and cleaning companies, as well assist in any other administrative areas required.
Quality Control Manager
A Quality Control Manager ensures that all cleaners and drivers adhere to Maideasy.my standard operating procedure (SOP), documents them and reports them to the Maideasy .my team.
Cleaner Team Manager
Manages the cleaning team that consists of cleaners and drivers. On the job training.
Software Engineer – Android
Software Engineer – iOS
Promote and develop the brand of Maideasy.my. Convey the internal message of Maideasy.my to the public effectively. Must have brand management experience.
