What is Maideasy Coins
When you make a booking and in a rare occasion that no cleaner accepted your request, we automatically convert your payment to Maideasy Coins. You can then either request for a full amount to be transferred back to your account, or you may use it to make another booking.
What can you use Maideasy Coins for?
Make payment for your future bookings
Select “Pay with Maideasy Coins” at the payment screen to use your existing coins. The option will only be enabled if your coin balance is sufficient to pay for the booking in its
Request for a full refund into your bank account
Under the “Account” tab, press “Redeem Coins”. Select the right bank and enter your account info. We will check and make sure that the bank account name matches with your name.
Maideas Coins for recurring/weekly sessions
If you have a weekly session, only payment with Maideasy Coins is accepted. Please top-up your coins at least 2 days before your session. We will automatically deduct your coins to pay for the session. If your coins is insufficient to pay for the session, it will be automatically cancelled.
To top up your coins, go to the “Account” page and press “Topup Coins”. For your convenience, you can select to top up an amount of RM50, RM100, RM200, RM500 or RM1,000.
As always, you can redeem any unused fund at any time, within 1 year of the top up date.

Maideasy Coins will remain valid for at least 1 year from the date of issuance. There is plenty of time for you to use the coin and make a booking or simply ask for a refund.
The refund to Maideasy Coins is automatic. It also helps streamline the process of refunding your money to the correct account. It also provides a comprehensive refund record for all party involved.
Unfortunately, you cannot transfer coins ownership to anyone else or use it to purchase anything outside our services.
