Hello customers and Maideasy crew,
The recent MCO 3.0 has been enforced due to a surge in cases especially in Selangor. Selangor also conducted free testing from area to area to manage and contain the risk of Covid-19.
Maideasy is aware of the situation and the fears of both our customers and our cleaning crew. We have taken steps in adhering to the SOP’s to mitigate the risks. Here are some steps that we currently observe:
- Our crew are required to check their temperature and inform us if they are feeling unwell. If they show symptoms of flu, coughing or shortness of breath, we advise them to visit the doctor and cancel their booking(s)
- We require our crew to wear a face mask during sessions and bring along with them a hand sanitiser. They are also required to observe social distancing while at the customers’ homes. We also advice them to not be in the same room with the customer(s) while performing their cleaning
- If there are any issues pertaining to the booking or cleaning, we advise them to contact customer support that will be happy to help you.
We have also broadcast a message to our cleaning crew especially those located in Selangor to go for the free covid-19 screening sponsored by the Selangor government.
As a customer, we plea that you will also abide to the SOP’s and cancel your bookings if you are feeling unwell or have been tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. Yours and our crews’ health and safety are key importance to us and we would like to cooperate as much as we can to control the risks of the virus spreading.

Maideasy operates as usual during MCO 3.0. However, there might be lesser crew available around your area. We advice you to book early or call customer support to confirm if there are enough cleaning crew in your area.
Lastly, we advise everyone to stay safe and abide by the SOP. We know you need the necessary help in managing your home given you choose to self lockdown. Together we can flatten the curve.
