From 15 August onwards, we will be implementing a new payment system for our recurring service package. Instead of accepting payment after each session, we will now be taking payment for 4 cleaning sessions in one go.
We understand that you have a busy schedule and don’t necessarily have the time to make bookings and verify your booking details repeatedly. With our recurring package, you instantly purchase 4 sessions in one go and everything is set up for you for weeks ahead.
You may choose your preferred cleaner and which day you want her to come. The best part is, you can also reschedule any session to another date. (with sufficient notice of course!)

- All sessions have to be paid before the session begins.
- Please give us at least a 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise the session will be considered completed as normal.
- We will schedule your preferred cleaner on the same day each week. If the cleaner is not available, a random cleaner will be assigned to you on that particular day.
- If you purchase the weekday package, you may have your session on Monday to Friday. If you purchase weekend package, you may choose your session on any day of the week.
