In November 2025, we brought the Maideasy crew and team together at One City, Subang Jaya, for an evening dedicated to the people whose hard work keeps homes across Malaysia clean and comfortable.
Our Crew Appreciation Dinner was a chance to step away from busy schedules, share a meal, enjoy a few games, and recognise the commitment our crew brings to every booking.
Good Food and Good Company
The evening began around the buffet. More than simply having dinner together, it gave everyone time to catch up away from daily cleaning sessions, travel, and customer schedules.
These face-to-face moments matter to us. They strengthen the relationships behind the app and remind us that every completed session is powered by real people supporting one another.
Games, Laughter, and a Little Friendly Competition
Once everyone had eaten, it was time for games. The room quickly filled with laughter, encouragement, and the sort of competitive energy that appears whenever prizes are involved.
The activities gave crew members and the office team a chance to relax together, make new connections, and celebrate as one Maideasy community.
Recognising Outstanding Contributions
A highlight of the night was our awards presentation. We celebrated crew members who had shown dedication, consistency, and care in their work throughout the year. There were also prizes and lucky-draw moments to make the evening extra memorable.
Awards are only one small way to say thank you. The quality customers experience in their homes begins with cleaners who are trained, supported, and proud of the work they do.
