Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay everything in full during booking?

No. You only need to pay 30% of the final amount during the booking process. You may pay remaining amount to the cleaner on the day itself.

Can the cleaner remove my large, unwanted items (like old sofa or renovation left-over trash)

The cleaner will not be able to remove/dispose large items like sofa and old cupboard. We suggest that you engage a disposal company for this purpose.

As for left-over trash from post-renovation works, we will do our best to dispose them within the designated disposal area at your house.
