Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay everything in full during booking?

No. You only need to pay 30% of the final amount during the booking process. You may pay the remaining amount to the cleaner on the day itself.

Can the cleaner remove my large, unwanted items?

The cleaner will not be able to remove or dispose of large items like sofas or old cupboards. We suggest engaging a disposal company. For post-renovation trash, we will do our best to dispose it in your designated area.
