Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Maideasy. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Maideasy website, mobile application, and cleaning services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Maideasy Sdn Bhd (Company No. 988889-V).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Maideasy provides a platform that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals ("Cleaners"). We facilitate the booking, scheduling, and payment for cleaning services but do not directly employ the Cleaners.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings: When you make a booking through our platform, you agree to the service type, duration, price, and scheduled time. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment authorization.

Cancellations: You may cancel bookings free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur fees as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
  • Payment is processed after service completion
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

6. Service Quality

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. All Cleaners are vetted, background-checked, and trained. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all bookings.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate address and access information
  • Ensure a safe working environment for the Cleaner
  • Be present or provide access as agreed
  • Treat Cleaners with respect and courtesy
  • Not request services outside the scope of the booking

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm Cleaners or staff
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Circumvent our platform to book Cleaners directly
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

9. Intellectual Property

The Maideasy name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Maideasy Sdn Bhd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maideasy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Actions or omissions of independent Cleaners
  • Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maideasy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
