How to rate

After your cleaning session:

  1. Open the Maideasy app
  2. Go to "My Bookings"
  3. Find your completed session
  4. Tap "Rate" or "Review"
  5. Select your star rating (1-5)
  6. Add comments (optional)
  7. Submit

What to rate

Consider:

  • Cleanliness - Was the cleaning thorough?
  • Punctuality - Did cleaner arrive on time?
  • Professionalism - Was cleaner courteous?
  • Communication - Was cleaner responsive?
  • Overall satisfaction - Would you book again?

Rating guide

Stars Meaning
5 Excellent - Exceeded expectations
4 Good - Met expectations
3 Average - Acceptable service
2 Below average - Issues occurred
1 Poor - Significant problems
