- Open the Maideasy app
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Find your completed session
- Tap "Rate" or "Review"
- Select your star rating (1-5)
- Add comments (optional)
- Submit
What to rate
Consider:
- Cleanliness - Was the cleaning thorough?
- Punctuality - Did cleaner arrive on time?
- Professionalism - Was cleaner courteous?
- Communication - Was cleaner responsive?
- Overall satisfaction - Would you book again?
