How to reschedule
- Open the Maideasy app
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking to reschedule
- Tap "Reschedule"
- Choose a new date and time
- Confirm the change

- Reschedule early for the best selection of new dates

- Same cleaner may not be available for new date
Can't reschedule online?
If the app doesn't allow rescheduling:
- Booking may be too close
- Contact support for assistance
- Consider cancelling and rebooking
Recurring bookings
For recurring cleaning schedules:
- You can reschedule individual sessions
- Or adjust the entire recurring pattern
- Changes affect future bookings
