You can cancel your booking through the Maideasy app.
How to cancel
- Open the Maideasy app
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Tap "Cancel Booking"
- Confirm cancellation
Cancellation policy
| When you cancel | Refund |

| 24+ hours before | Full refund |
| 12-24 hours before | 50% refund |
| Less than 12 hours | No refund |
Why the policy exists
Our cleaners set aside time for your booking. Late cancellations mean they:
- Miss other opportunities
- Travel to your area unnecessarily
- Lose income
The policy helps ensure fair compensation for everyone.
Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. Contact us if:
- Medical emergency
- Natural disaster
- Other unavoidable circumstances
We'll review on a case-by-case basis.
Need to reschedule instead?
If your plans changed but you still need cleaning, consider rescheduling instead of cancelling. Rescheduling is often easier and doesn't affect your booking credit.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed:
- Credit/Debit card: 5-7 business days
- eWallet: 1-3 business days
