When will my cleaner arrive?

Your cleaner will arrive within your selected time slot.

Morning 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Afternoon 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Cleaners aim to arrive at the start of your slot.

On the day

You'll receive:

  • Notification when cleaner is on the way
  • Cleaner's contact in the app
  • Estimated arrival time

What if my cleaner is running late?

If your cleaner will be delayed:

  • You'll receive a notification
  • Cleaner or support will contact you
  • Session time will be adjusted accordingly

Late arrivals are rare but can happen due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Previous session running over
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Contact your cleaner

Through the app, you can:

  • Message your cleaner
  • Call if needed
  • Provide access instructions

Preparing for arrival

Before your cleaner arrives:

  • Ensure access to your home
  • Secure pets if needed
  • Leave any special instructions
  • Have supplies ready if providing your own

You don't need to be home

If you can't be present, you can:

  • Leave a key with building security
  • Provide door code access
  • Arrange key handoff
