How do I know my booking is successful?

You'll receive confirmation through multiple channels once your booking is successful.

Instant confirmation

After completing your booking, you'll see:

  • Confirmation screen in the app
  • Booking reference number
  • Session details (date, time, address)

Email confirmation

Within minutes, you'll receive an email with:

  • Booking summary
  • Cleaner assignment (when matched)
  • Payment receipt
  • Contact information

App notifications

The Maideasy app will show:

  • Booking status in "My Bookings"
  • Push notifications for updates
  • Cleaner details once assigned

Cleaner assignment

Your cleaner is typically assigned:

  • Same-day bookings: Within 1-2 hours
  • Advance bookings: 24-48 hours before session

You'll be notified when a cleaner is assigned.

What if I don't receive confirmation?

If you don't see confirmation after 15 minutes:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder
  2. Verify payment was completed
  3. Check the app's "My Bookings" section
  4. Contact support for assistance
