Our Commitment

At Maideasy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your cleaning service, we'll make it right. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning session
  2. Describe the issue and provide photos if possible
  3. We'll either send a cleaner back to fix the issue at no charge, or provide a full refund

No questions asked. Your satisfaction matters more than anything.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of RM30 to compensate the cleaner for their reserved time.

No-Show

If you're not available at the scheduled time and haven't contacted us, you may be charged the full booking amount. Please ensure someone is available to let the cleaner in, or provide clear access instructions.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open the Maideasy app and go to your booking history
  2. Select the booking in question
  3. Tap "Report an Issue" or "Request Refund"
  4. Describe the problem and submit

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to reflect in your account
  • Online Banking (FPX): 5-10 business days
  • E-wallets: 1-3 business days

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the service
  • Issues caused by customer actions (e.g., providing incorrect access)
  • Promotional or discounted bookings (check specific terms)
